Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely destroyed or anonymised in accordance with NPC guidelines.

If PR77 discovers that a minor has registered an account or that personal data of a minor has been collected, the account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to the relevant authorities. 12. International Data Transfers

PR77's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific region. Where personal data is transferred to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors), PR77 ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows.

13. Amendments to This Policy
